How Can I Help You?

Everyone has goals, most start as dreams and wishes. My team members and I work with our customers and internal team members to understand those dreams and wishes and develop action plans based on their specific circumstances and timeline. We revisit them together to make adjustments along the way. To do this well, we get to know each other so that we can work on a plan that’s relevant and achievable.

I’m inspired by Chelsea Groton’s mission and core values because we actually live it each and every day — it’s rewarding to be able to help individuals, families, businesses, our Chelsea Groton team, and community members achieve their goals by taking them on as if they were our own. Since Chelsea Groton dedicates every resource to helping people attain their goals, it’s easier to be mission-driven.

A Little About Me

I joined the Chelsea Groton team as Senior Vice President, Director of Business Development in 2011. I was named Senior Vice President, Director of Sales and Service in 2014 and was responsible for overseeing bank-wide sales and service initiatives, retail banking, marketing and public relations. In 2017, I was promoted to Executive Vice President, Director of Sales and Service and in 2020 promoted to Executive Vice President, Chief Experience and Engagement Officer, with leadership oversight for retail banking, business banking/cash management services, wealth management and marketing.

I began my banking career in 1992 at Fleet National Bank. Throughout my career, I have worked in various roles of increasing responsibility in retail banking, mortgage lending, commercial lending, marketing, and business development, at Fleet, Washington Trust, and now Chelsea Groton.

I have a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Southern New Hampshire University, and am a graduate of Fleet Bank’s Commercial Credit School and the ABA School of Bank Marketing and Management, where I earned my Certified Financial Marketing Professional (CFMP) designation in 2013. I was recognized in 2017 as a New Leader in Banking by the Connecticut Banker’s Association.

I am actively involved in the community, serving as Vice President of the Chelsea Groton Foundation board, a board member of the Connecticut Better Business Bureau, and a committee member for Lawrence & Memorial Hospital, Waterford Country School, and the Boy Scouts of America Connecticut Rivers Council. I previously served as a board and finance committee member for the Kent Center for Human and Organizational Development, and various chambers of commerce boards and school-based committees.

My family and I reside in Groton, CT.
