Our Video Banking ATMs (VBMs) are similar to regular ATMs but with the ability, at the tap of the screen, to be face-to-face with one of our local “ChelseaLIVE” video bankers. They will be able to assist you with most of your banking needs, as if you were inside the branch.

Did you forget your debit card? Just like if you were inside a branch, we can still help you as long as you have a valid driver’s license or your account number.
Want to use the machine like an ATM? That’s fine too. Simply insert your card to begin a better ATM experience. You can choose multiple currency options and will no longer need an envelope to make a deposit.
